Outrageous coffee prices!!! No response to room requests!!! The layout of the pool area feels cramped and lacks charm. Ambience overall is uninspiring, detracting from the experience of being in a reputed hotel.

I had an awesome stay and loved the pool and spa services, they really helped me unwind. The breakfast spread was fantastic and kept me fueled for the day! Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi could be faster, but overall it was a great experience! 😊

Our four-night escape was fantastic! The courteous staff, especially in the buffet area and guest services, made our experience feel personal and warm. Do try the breakfast buffet. though limited options, everything is well-crafted. The pool area is perfect for relaxation. Don't miss out on the spa, just ask about their offers!

It was just a great match for a flying visit in Indore with good value. The staff went above and beyond, like Chef Pritam who really personalized my meals. Make sure to ask for your preferred pillows upon arrival.

The room was super spacious with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, an electric kettle, and complimentary toiletries. Spa facilities included a steam room and outdoor pool. Massage options like head and neck massages. Indore Kitchen had a buffet with freshly baked breads and extensive breakfast choices. Staff was friendly and quick to help, making everything smooth for us.

I loved the warm and welcoming decor throughout the hotel, especially the spacious common areas that are easily accessible for seniors. The staff was very attentive, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The room was alright but kinda small. I wish it had a bathtub since they charge a good amount. The bathroom size was decent but the sliding door lock was broken, which was a bummer. I had a few mosquito issues at night, too. On the bright side, it was neat and clean. The cool part was the iPad for controlling the lights and TV. Overall, it was just okay and could use some improvements.
