    Outrageous coffee prices!!! No response to room requests!!! The layout of the pool area feels cramped and lacks charm. Ambience overall is uninspiring, detracting from the experience of being in a reputed hotel.

    I had an awesome stay and loved the pool and spa services, they really helped me unwind. The breakfast spread was fantastic and kept me fueled for the day! Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi could be faster, but overall it was a great experience! 😊

    Our four-night escape was fantastic! Especially in the buffet area and guest services. Do try the breakfast buffet. Though limited options, everything is well-crafted. The pool area is perfect for relaxation. Don't miss out on the spa, just ask about their offers!

    It was just a great match for a flying visit in Indore with good value. The staff were great, like Chef Pritam who really personalized my meals. Make sure to ask for your preferred pillows upon arrival.

    The room was super spacious with air conditioning, a tv, an electric kettle, and complimentary toiletries. Spa facilities included a steam room and outdoor pool. Massage options like head and neck massages. Indore Kitchen had a buffet with freshly baked breads and extensive breakfast choices. Staff was friendly and quick to help.

    Excellent stay with attentive staff and a lovely breakfast spread. The room was spacious and well-lit, giving a comforting atmosphere. A special shoutout to Sandeep at the Indore Kitchen for his really good service. Just a few minor room issues, mildly dampened my experience, but overall, it was a good visit!
